Check-in-policy: Owners must be present at the check-in to sign the boarding agreement form.
Pick up: All pets must be picked up during business hours 8:00-12:30 2:00-5:30 Monday-Friday. Saturday 8:00-12:00. NO pick ups on Sunday.

Bathing: All pets boarded longer than 5 days will receive a complimentary bath, this does not include a nail trim or expression of the anal glands. These pets will be bathed the morning of their departure.
Kennel Requirements: All vaccines must be current. DHLP(Distemper/Parvo), Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough/upper respiratory). A yearly fecal is also required. All procedures can be done at the time of boarding. Your animal will be treated if fleas/ticks are present.
Diet: All pets will be fed Kennel Maintenance Diets unless owners bring their food. We recommend you bring your pets food. Switching diets can cause an upset stomach or diarrhea.
